Partial, temporary, or permanent decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes has been rarely reported.

How to take Tadalafil:
The recommended dose of Tadalafil for male patients of all strengths is 10mg. This is the maximum recommended dose provided that you are taking 10mg of Tadalafil.
You should take the drug as directed by your GP on an as-needed basis, with intervals of 0.5, 1 or 2 hours as needed. You should expect to take the medication for at least 4 hours after you plan on taking it.
